When Harry comes to pick up Brenda and the kids to drive back down to Georgia, he is in a navy blue SUV with shiny silver hub caps. However, when they pull up to the Brenda's new house left by her father, they are not in the same SUV. The SUV now has a different set of white hub caps.
During the scene of the end of the police chase, Madea (Tyler Perry), is placed in the back of a cruiser. At the end of the scene, you clearly see Tyler Perry laughing and the cruiser stop during the cut.
When Brenda is eating the sandwich at Mildred's she takes the first bite from the center. When she takes a second bite the first has moved to the corner.
It's not adequately brought out in the movie (it IS talked about in the play and in Madea's Class Reunion (2003)) that Cora [Tamela J. Mann] had lived for 52 years knowing the man next door simply as "Mr Brown" before she suddenly learns that Mr Brown is her father. Old habits are hard to break.

Q
Is this movie based on a book?
A
No. Meet the Browns is based on a play of the same name, written in 2004 by the film's director Tyler Perry. Meet the Browns is the third movie in the Madea series, in which Perry stars as southern matriarch Mabel "Madea" Simmons (among other characters). It was preceded by Diary of a Mad Black Woman (2005) and Madea's Family Reunion (2006) and is followed by Madea Goes to Jail (2009) and I Can Do Bad All by Myself (2009). A sixth movie, Madea's Class Reunion, is supposedly in the works.
